1. Which hour was most daunting for you? Probably around the 12th. I was getting really tired and my headache was getting worst. I admit, I took a nap.

Comments/reviews: I finally finished The Lightning Thief. Phew! The book was just as good the 3rd time reading it. :) Love all the PercyJackson books. I'm moving on to a smaller book now.

Comments/reviews: I did a bit better this time. I'm not expecting to read too. Such since I'm a slow reader. Ate some pistachios and drasnk more water.

The thing that stops me from reading the most is headaches. I can't read when I have a headache because my eyes hurt. Like today but I'm pushing through and trying to at least finish one book today.

Our Bookish Childhoods
I don't remember much from my childhood but I do remember reading a lot of Dr. Suess. My favorite book was One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish. I told my mom that I could read it when I was younger but the book was upside down. :) When I got into middle school, I remember reading Ella Enchanted that got me back into reading a lot. I recently reread that and still enjoyed it. Sorry I can't do top five because of my memory problem but these are my favorite two.

Exciting Update!

I know I haven't updated the blog in a looong time but I have a pretty exciting event coming up on this blog. On April 23 (next Saturday) I will be participating in Dewey's 24 Read-a-Thon! In case you don't know, this is where many readers spend 24 hours reading and participating in mini challenges and maybe winning prizes. This is my first time joining in the fun and I'm so excited!

I've already started my preparations for the day. I have printed my read-a-thon bookmark and built up my pile of reading books. I'm going to have some books, an audiobook, and ebooks all available for reading that day.

Here's a photo of my TBR pile.

The books, from top to bottom, are The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan which is the first book of the Percy Jackson series , Mirror, Mirror on the Wall which is part of the Dear America series, My Heart and Other Black Holesd by Jasmine Warga, and The Immortals by Jordanna Max Brodsky.

For my audiobook I have Binge by Tyler Oakley (one of my favorite YouTube's and podcasters). Then for ebooks I have The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty and Finding Jake by Bryan Reardon. These may change in the next week depending on how fast I read my current book.
